Today after Battling Covid for over 9 days at Max

Today after Battling Covid for over 9 days at Max hospital and earlier for over a week at home. Which is a total of a really long span of 18 days. I am finally Covid Negative and got discharged from Max Hospital, Saket. These two nurses were the only human beings along with the visiting doctor - during my stay at the isolation ward who I met and spoke to - Felt like a version of Vipasana.Everyone else at home tested negative and is safe.Good to be home.

Chicken & Mushroom Farfalle Pasta in Cheese Sauce! MC CHEF IN DA HOUSE! Ingredients :1. Red chilli flakes 2. Sliced Mushrooms - 1 box 3. 2 onions - chopped 4. 3 garlic cloves - chopped 5. Strips of chicken breasts / thigh boneless 500 grams 6. Ragu white sauce premix from the market 7. Butter 8. Olive oil 9. Pasta seasoning from the market 10. Salt 11. Chilli flakes 12. Pasta Cooking :1. Get packet of pasta and boil with oil and salt.( check the packet for instructions ) Dry the pasta and keep aside.Sauce : 1. Take pan - add 1 Table spoon of butter to the pan - add boneless chicken Add some salt and pepper and cook till slight brown.Also add some pasta seasoning while cooking the chicken.2. Remove chicken from pan.Add olive oil 4 tea spoons and 1 table spoon of butter to the same pan.Add chopped onions and garlic.Cook till onions go slightly brown.Then add the chopped mushrooms Cook till everything is brown.3. Add the pasta sauce premix .Cook till it’s all thick.4. Add the chicken to the sauce and cook for 10 mins on low flame - add chilli flakes and pasta seasoning.5. Add the pasta to the chicken sauce along with the slight chicken water and oil from the earlier pan - and mix well on low flame for 5 mins
